"Disappointed" Reviw Follow Up

It's perfect! The original personalization didn't match up with what I had thought I had chosen, but I believe that's a website issue (some of the names don't match and you have to assume which spots are which). After explaining the problem, the seller corrected the puzzle. My grandma loves it and I couldn't be happier. I wish the website was more clear and I wish there was an easier way to contact the seller to ask questions.

Disappointed

I haven't put this puzzle together yet because it's a Christmas gift for my Grandma. I checked written pieces to make sure everything was correct, and based on the pictures, the leaves are not in the order I put them in when I placed the order. I ordered specific names on specific leaves on purpose and I don't believe they are where they're supposed to be. Hopefully I'm wrong, maybe it will go together different than the picture, but I doubt it. If I had know the order of the leaves would be changed I would not have ordered this puzzle. Other than that, it seems like a nice quality and the delicate pieces look like it'll be really pretty when put together. If you don't care what names go where, I would recommend purchasing this puzzle.
