For someone who's mature
Bought this for someone who likes to do crafts and is a freshman in high school. I thought she would find the title amusing and get her interested in the book. But I looked through some pages, and it's definitely not appropriate for a freshman in high school or possibly anyone in high school age.

Super fun / quirky
I bought this for a white-elephant and it was a crowd pleaser. The crafts are pretty "weird" or "out there" but that was fun and perfect for my group. More of an adult focus than a kids-craft book I think.
