Had a blast playing with friends
We just played this for the first time a few nights ago, and it will go down as a very memorable night! As the host, it was a little more work than I bargained for, but it was totally worth the work. Most of the work was convincing everyone to shut up so they could hear the things needed to actually solve the murder! Everyone was so invested in their character that the murder became an afterthought haha. So many people said had a blast afterward and want to do another one sometime, so I'll definitely be looking at other versions of the game available here later on. The game has alternate endings, but not quite sure how that would go with over with the same group of friends. I think you'd have to use an entirely different group of friends for it to be entertaining.

Can't wait to try one of the alternate endings!
I hosted a dinner party for my birthday and decided to rope everyone into the game. I did one of these when I was a kid and thought it would be a fun throwback. People were apprehensive at first but we created a safe space so that everyone could really PLAY; and BOY OH BOY did we! I sent everyone a photo of their character card ahead of time because not all my friends like to improv. We're planning to do one of the alternate endings soon!!

Fun Family Game Night!
My family played this game over the holidays and it was super fun. It's meant for 5-12 people. It turns into quite a long game if you have fewer people (like we did); so we were ready to wrap things up after about 2 hours; but I think it went on for around 3 hours. Overall, it's very worth the price and with three alternative endings, we'll play over the next two holidays.

Disappointing
My family loves murder mystery party games. We have tried many. This one was the worst. I bought it because the materials seemed nice (they are) and it is replayable, with 3 sets of clues and 3 endings. However playing once was enough. The game is a bit rambling, with needless things adding boring length. And the clues themselves are so basic that this could be used at a 9 or 10 year old's party. I was hoping for twists and turns and cool reveals - unfortunately there was none of that. Try a different game instead.

Get ready for a fun filled nights of laughter and mischief!
We love this product! The story line and characters are so creative and the perfect amount of goofy to give everyone a role to play! Great addition to any dinner party and two endings make it possible to use again!

Loved it
Very fun. Beautifully designed game. Aesthetically pleasing. Fun for the whole family. Comes with everything you need and makes the party incredibly simple to put together. Loved it. Three different endings so you can play again and again. My four teenagers loved it.

Good but not what I thought
Very positive, fun experience with our first round of this game. The character and secret trait cards acted out had us roaring laughing out loud, with some good belly laughs. The game only comes with three rounds, and I thought rounds two and three would be completely different murder mysteries, but it is the same exact story with all the same clues and some very slightly changed clue cards, ending with a new murderer. (Basically, you only get one round of this game). After we played round two and realized it was round one with slight changes, I doubt we will even play round three.

Something different than monopoly
Was something different to do with couples. It would help to read the directions before the party. It takes a while to figure out what to do and then about half way everyone gets into it. Was good laughs to make fun of each other, might be better with more people and a little bit of drinking going on. Have to remind people to take notes on the clues given.

Is the 5 really necessary? Looking for a fun game to play for my mom's birthday but there are only 4 of us.
Verified reply from Amy
We're sorry, but it needs at least 5 players to run effectively, as per the game designers.

Can this game be played via zoom if clues are provided to each location?
Verified reply from Leslie
Hello! Yes, it could be played via Zoom. You would still need minimum of 5 players and need to read all the clues out loud, etc.
