It changes a simple whiskey sour into a delightful frothy sip with a pleasant mouth feel. Extra perk: no unpleasant aroma often associated with egg whites or aquafaba.

How long does this product last once opened? Should it be kept refrigerated after it is opened?

This item can be compared to bitters. It's shelf stable and is 40% ABV. Refrigeration in not needed. It is allergen-free. Water-soluble - ideal for making pre-batched cocktails. Vegan, plant-based (No Pea protein or Aqua Faba).
