Love this beautiful feeder

The glass is beautiful. I wish the blue wasn't sold out I would love to get a blue one. I love watching the hummingbirds drink from it. I wish it was bigger I have so many birds I fill it up lots. It's so cute at the size it is.

A beautiful surprise

I love that this item comes in parts! The flowers, lid, base and hanging cradle all come separately. That makes it so easy to take apart and clean or refill. I also love that the flowers are glass and just sit in the sipping holes, not only that there are replacement flowers available if needed ... not that hummingbirds are all that rough on their feeders but you never know.

Birds and blooms

My grandma loved it. She set it up indoor due to freezing temps but she will move it outside when the weather warms. Not too many parts and easy to assemble. Hanging wire is a good length.

Does it come with the feeding tubes or do you need to buy them?

Thanks for reaching out. This hand painted double hummingbird feeder design features two hand-painted red glass flowers. The narrow feeding tubes keep greedy bees out, while the top stopper makes the feeder easy to fill.

How are the painted flowers protected so the paint doesn't wear off in the summer rains??

Great question! Per the artist: The paint that we use is a special enamel paint that was created for painting glass, especially for glass that is used outdoors. It is baked onto the glass and doesn’t need a sealer.

Does it hang or attach to stake in ground

It is best designed to hang, but if you have a large enough curved stake, that would work as well. (You can look at the photo for https://www.uncommongoods.com/product/hummingbird-fairy-feeder to see the type of curved stake we're referring to, though we have not tested that exact stake with this feeder.)
