My husband LOVED it!

Obviously not 15 minutes but wonderful

I always wanted to try my hand at sourdough bread but was intimidated. This was a perfect starter kit. WAY longer than 15 min from start to finish but absolutely worth it

I seriously wish they sold more of the starter separately!

It's been a few years since I baked bread and my first time with sourdough so I was stoked to find this kit. The first batch I killed because I wasn't watching and it over proofed (hello, bubbly gooey, alcohol-smelling blob). Second batch I remembered to take my environment into account and watched closely and the proofing took less than 24 hours and it turned out perfectly!

Fun gift for folks who are staying home during the pandemic.

We haven't tried this yet, but I bought it for my parent who used to live in Northern California and she is excited to bake this with another family member because they both love sourdough bread. It was a fun gift since she is home so much during the pandemic.

Hi there! It comes with yeast. Ingredients: 1x 16 oz Salt (sodium chloride, anticaking agent (535)); 3x 0.3 oz sourdough yeast culture sachets (dried yeast, dextrose, freeze-dried lactic acid bacteria. Contains milk).
