Instant Holiday Cocktail Cubes, Holiday Bourbon

As a teenager in Phoenix, Allison worked as a barista in local cafes. She loved serving coffee, and drinking it, too, but not the headaches and jitters that often followed. She got the idea to make coffee-style beverages from tea and began pedaling a tea cart around Phoenix, handing out free samples. Her tea was a hit, and she opened her own shop. "I love working with food and drinks," Allison says. "It's really challenging to try to come up with something new using basic, everyday ingredients."
