Beautiful Bowls!
Love these! I will use them as rice bowls/ Dessert bowls. Love the designs. They are sturdy. They say dishwasher safe - I will likely handwash them. It is nice to know incase they accidently find themselves in the dishwasher.

Confused as to size. 4.25 D? Is that the diameter? Wouldn't that make it about the size of a small coffee cup?

Hello, Diane! You are correct. These are traditional Japanese bowls, and a typical miso soup bowl holds a little less than a cup of liquid, so they are small but beautiful! You can use them for miso soup, a side of rice, ice cream, sorbet - anything that would be great in a smaller-sized bowl!
