Care

For a warm up: Place in microwave for 30 second intervals, max of 1 minute and 30 seconds. DO NOT OVERHEAT. For a cool down: Place in the freezer 30 mins (up to 24 hours) before use for increased cooling and calming effect. Spot treat only, mild soap & warm water for stains. DO NOT LAUNDER.
