Awesome product

This was even better than I expected. My wife absolutely loves it. She is exceptionally happy we can add more songs. It is displayed on our fireplace forever. I recommend this product highly. I am getting songs together so I can get this for my best friend. Thank you so very much.

Perfect gift for six year anniversary

Bought this gift as a six year anniversary present and I created a playlist of our favorite songs throughout the years. It was a big hit. I was apprehensive at first on now it would work/ look but the directions were followed oefrco and have no issues

Who doesn't love a customized "mix tape"?

This "mix tape" was the perfect gift for my husband to celebrate our 28th anniversary. I started a special playlist for him, so he could listen when he opened the gift. We will continue to add songs to it together!

Didn't work and no response to return request

Looks great - but I should have tested it before giving it to my girlfriend. She used her phone to scan the QR code, and ..... nothing. It seems the way the image is burned / carved into the wood makes it unreadable. I was pretty embarrassed. WORSE, when I went to show her how it DID work by manually going to the link (and I had followed their instructions exactly), instead of invoking the playlist, I simply got the message "Link expired". So even if the QR code DID work, the link/process expired for some reason. The entire experience was was a bust. I informed Uncommon Goods days ago, and have heard nothing back.

I would buy this again.

This commemorates our 5th anniversary. Was able to link Our Wedding Playlist on the back. Very cute, and love the throwback to cassette tapes. I am an 80's baby. The nerd in me was super excited about this!

Can someone use this QR code with a free Spotify account or do they need to be a Premium paying subscriber?

Will the cassette without the stand fit in a regular cassette tape case?

The tape itself does not have two holes in the center. The cassette cover used would need to be flat and not have the two hole inserts inside the cover.

If playlist is created on apple music, once the recipient of the gift w/QR code is received can they then add or delete from the playlist?

Apple Music lets users create and share playlists with other subscribers, but there's no way for multiple people to edit the same playlist – so only the playlist creator can add or remove songs from it.

Yes! You can edit playlists, files or websites at any time. Your engraved QR code will still work so long as the link itself is never changed or removed from the web.

They'd just need to download the app to which app you've made your playlist! You've made yours on Spotify? Your recipient will need to download the free app!

Hi there! As many as you'd like! You create the playlist yourself using whatever you'd like (Spotify, Apply, YouTube, etc.) and the QR code is generated from the link to that playlist.
