Giftee Loved It!

I spoke with the person who received this for a Christmas gift and she loved it! Her husband helped her make the candies and they both enjoyed them immensely. I was glad it was in a compact box because it was mailed and received intact.

This class was so fun! Sydney was a great instructor, knowledgeable and easy going, eager to answer questions. The instructions were clear and it was great to have the paper instructions included when we want to make truffles again in the future!

Great chocolate and the truffles were to die for

I got this with the truffle making class which I highly recommend. The kit had a good quality chocolate and it was fun learning a new skill which I had never done before, tempering chocolate! I then took what I learned and I make chocolate truffles for my whole family for Christmas. Absolutely worth the money in terms of the kit as well as the class.

This kit is designed to be used with the included ingredients in order to make the filling and ganache work properly, and the only substitutes recommended are for how to make these fully vegan. We cannot ensure that other substitutions would create the same final product. Yes, both the peppermint extract and the vanilla extract contain alcohol. Unfortunately, they cannot be substituted.
