When Bailey Sanders’s uncle asked if she wanted to start a business with him, she said yes in a heartbeat. Growing up in Texas surrounded by her grandfather’s business, Bailey was no stranger to building a company. She quickly channeled her lifelong love of embroidery into designs she’d been imagining since childhood. Bailey and her uncle now work with a team of artists and producers to create their embroidered pieces—and Bailey’s grandfather’s company manufactures all their products.
