As a teenager in Phoenix, Allison worked as a barista in local cafes. She loved serving coffee, and drinking it, too—but not the headaches and jitters that often followed. She got the idea to make coffee-style beverages from tea and began pedaling a tea cart around Phoenix, handing out free samples. Her tea was a hit, and she opened her own shop. Cane sugar, organic peach extract, organic orange dye, and natural peach.

Notes

For best results, muddle at least 2 of your sugar cubes first with just a bit of bubbly to allow it to dissolve before topping off with more bubbly.
