  • The designated Doc asks questions from their cards about absurd disorders, such as how to treat “Refusing to Change the Toilet Paper Roll.”
  • Other players respond with sidesplitting prescriptions and advice from their own cards—perhaps, “Stomping boots for demolishing crappy habits.”
  • Engaging group therapy prompts keep things lively as you learn surprising tidbits about your fellow players: You might get to Diagnose a Friend, act out a round of Symptom Charades, or engage in some Head Talk (players have to guess what’s on the card that’s stuck to your forehead).
  • Score points by giving the best responses and advice—whoever racks up the most points wins.
  • With 420 cards, you can keep the faux-Freudian fun going for hours.
