Yes, I've already purchased again for myself and as a gift

I was given this tea by a friend since she knows how much I love tea. I haven't heard of pink chai before so I wasn't sure what to expect, but it's absolutely lovely when brewed with a deep, burgundy color. I normally prefer green teas and often find chai blends overpowering or not balanced with one spice overwhelming the others, but this pink chai is very smooth, pleasantly full bodied for an herbal tea, and just a pleasure to savor - especially on a cold day. But I can see how beautiful it would be iced in the summer since the tea bags themselves are gorgeous to look at with full spices and rosebuds. I've already purchased again for myself and as a gift for a few friends.

Tastes good but no Chai taste

Overall, it's very light tasting. At first I thought I needed to leave the bag in longer and I did, but it's still super light. I can't really taste the Chai, to me it tastes more like a Hibiscus tea (imo). I've even tried putting 2 bags in at a time. The color is cute. It tastes good but I was a bit disappointed in not being able to taste the Chai as that is one of my favorite teas.

For the loose tea, how much is used per serving and therefore how many servings would I expect to get? For the bag tea, what material is used for the bags, is it paper or nylon?

Thank you for your question! The tea bags are biodegradable (plant-based, plastic-free, and compostable). 1 teaspoon of loose-leaf tea per 1 cup of boiling water or nut milk. Steep 5-7 minutes. You can expect to get approximately 60 cups from the package of tea bags.
