What Makes It Uncommon

Making the perfect soft-, medium-, or hard-boiled eggs is a science. Take them out too early, you’ve got a white, runny, hot mess. Leave them too long, they develop an unappealing greenish ring around the yolks. This musical timer takes the guesswork out of preparing a pot of outstanding oeufs. It floats with your eggs and alerts you with a trio of songs that indicate internal cooking status.

Always store the timer in the fridge with your eggs (it fits in the same carton!).

The device plays three musical alarms to indicate the eggs' internal temperature:
