Can't wait to add more Table Topics to my collection

Inspiring Women was the perfect ice breaker for our annual Soroptimist Fall Meeting. The cards are beautiful and easy to use. Can't wait to add more Table Topics to my collection

Reconnected to my husband

My husband and I used the couples questions as a way to start conversations. I was bored with talking about the house or mundane things. This helped us to discuss hypothetical ideas that will apply to us one day. Like parents living with us, financial issues, or even our dreams. I wish there were more! We passed them on to our neighbours who like them also.

Great way to encourage tweens to THINK !

Super fun for a virtual get together with classmates and friends for a weekly "challenge" session ! Fun with coupon prizes!

Refresh your conversation after lockdown!

In a world where I've been working from home for the past year and haven't been out there interacting with all the interesting people I used to, I'm finding it challenging to come up with interesting things to talk about once we've debriefed the happenings in our day. So when the conversation lulls, have one of these cards in your back pocket and throw it out there as a tease. In the hot tub, for the car ride, over dinner. It's fun and something we both look forward to now!

I will buy this again

Have used this as a gift for other couples!

Highly recommend for ongoing conversation

This was a great gift for date nights and boredom buster! The conversations were deep and meaningful, we almost always strayed away and just kept talking before finally circling back around to another question. Made for a very memorable date night. #sweepstakes

So engaging

Love these. Great way for the family to bond!

Genius way to trick teens into talking

These clever cards ask questions that you wouldn't think to ask and that almost automatically prompt a response. My two teenagers were fighting over who got to answer first!

Genius way to connect with teens

These are fantastic! No longer are my children running to return to the tv or video games. Instead, we laugh and discuss questions I never would have thought to ask.

I would buy other varieties of this product again.

Fun over dinner or cocktails.

How many cubes are included in an order?

Verified reply from Allison

Thanks for your question! There are six cubes from which to choose! One cube per price listed. Check out all six by clicking 'select'. A drop down menu will pop up!

Is the teen box one that teens ask each other or would it be good for a family whose kids are teenagers.

Verified reply from Erik

All of the above! The Teen box is great for engaging with teenagers and asking questions that relate to them and their experiences and interests. The entire family can get in on the fun too!

Has anyone played this game? How do you rate it?

Verified reply from Leighton

I personally haven't, but one of our lovely UncommonGoods employees says she loved the game: it's easy, accessible for talkative types and a little cheesy, but good for warming up a group and letting everyone have a good laugh!

Can you give a couple of examples of the "what would you do", "happiness", and "do it yourself" topic questions? Trying to decide which pack to get! Thanks.

Verified reply from Arianna, Assistant Community Moderator

Thanks for writing in about Table Topics! These cards are sure to get conversation flowing. The “What Would You Do?” set includes questions like “Have you ever pretended to be sick to get out of something?” and “If you found $200 at an ATM machine would you return it to the bank?” The “Do It Yourself Therapy” set has questions such as “Which of your mother’s silly instructions do you still obey?” and “Would you rather be married to someone who’s a control freak or super easy-going?” The “Happiness” set has both tips and questions. Examples of questions are “When you want to laugh, what or who do you turn to?” and “What’s the happiest song ever written?” The tips include suggestions such as “Find friends who make you laugh.“

can you give me some idea of the guestions in the [what would you do ] game?

Verified reply from Marisa

Good question. The "What Would You Do" Table Topics set includes 135 provocative conversation starters range from the simple to the serious and everything in between. Some examples: Have you ever pretended to be sick to get out of something? If you were asked to lie on a job recommendation for a friend would you? Would you repackage a gift in a trendy store box to lead a friend to believe that you purchased it there? Which virtue do you struggle with most? If you found $200 at an ATM machine would you return it to the bank? Is justice or mercy more important? Thanks for your question, and we assume you would never think of repackaging an ordinary gift in one of our UncommonGoods boxes! ;)

Do you have a version of Table Topics that would be appropriate for 5 to 8 year olds?

Verified reply from Marisa

Thanks for your question. The answer is yes! The green cube, "Family Table Topics," is appropriate for all ages.

Are the two sets "What would you do?" and "Right or Wrong", the same thing (perhaps just reprinted)?

Verified reply from Peter

These 2 sets of Table Topics are very similar in that they both deal with moral dilemmas. There is some overlap in the questions that are posed.

could you please provide a sample question from each card series?

Verified reply from Peter

The Product Story tab on the item page does provide a sample question from each series.

Reply from Diego Frenzy

I purchased the "ORIGINAL" and here are two samples from that: - Which historical sporting event would you like to witness? - What kind of business would you love to start? I do not want to include more as I do not want to get in trouble by the manufacturers!!

Reply from Adena

From the original table topics: Q: What is the most memorable drive you've ever taken?
