Cute Gift for Sweet Tooth Lovers!

This Taiyaki Maker is cute and functional! It is smaller than expected but otherwise it is light, good quality and easy to use!

Spot on for gifting...

When I saw this item, I knew it would be perfect as a gift for family member who is very intersted in the Korean culture...constantly exploring the culture, language and food. And this one was spot on...she has been enjoying making taiyaki since she received it.

Nice little accesory

This is a nice little maker that is easy to use and the little kids get a kick out of it.

Who wouldn't want fish shaped waffles?

Sent this as a gift to my nieces for the holidays. My nieces are amazing cooks and bakers and enjoy getting different food gifts. This was part of a bunch of gifts I sent. They found it hilarious and fun and I'm sure they'll find creative ways to serve these cute little waffles.

I read an article that said you should fill each side about 1/2 full then put filling in on one side then closing it. How does this work without spilling? Or do you fill one side completely then close & it rises into the other side?

To make these delicious treats, pour the batter on one side only. If adding a filling- pour just a little batter in the belly and head of the fish. Then add about a teaspoon of filling, then add a little more batter to cover the filling and fill in the tail. Fold and fry on your gas stove top!
