In exclusive partnership with The Moth, this Uncommon Originals six-month subscription transforms these unique stories into collectible letters that illuminate the diversity and commonality of being human—and will inspire anyone to discover the storyteller in themselves.

The six letters, delivered monthly by mail, are taken from true stories told at The Moth’s renowned open-mic and curated storytelling events.
Connected by the theme of “Grit and Grace,” these stories share personal experiences from a diverse array of tellers’ real lives—life-changing revelations about resilience, overcoming adversity, and finding the strength and joy that come from both believing in yourself and leaning on your people—whoever they may be.
The front of each letter bears a meaningful phrase from the story; on the reverse side, readers will find the complete narrative, along with a QR code that lets them hear the original telling of the tale before a live audience at one of The Moth’s events.
Beautifully designed and folded in the shape of a moth, the letters are meaningful keepsake gifts that can be saved and shared to spark conversation, storytelling, and memory-making.
The retail price is an up-front, one-time fee for all six months of the subscription. The first gift will ship within 24 hours of placing an order, and subsequent gifts will ship on the 15th of the month (or next nearest business day) for the duration of the subscription.
