They don't work.
Super cute but they just don't work. We bought both the dino and the unicorn horns and tried on two different chalkboards, but we can barely get them to draw anything. My kids were disappointed on Christmas morning.

Didn't really work
They look pretty but don't teally work like chalk very well I have no idea how to make chalk but these didn't really perform like chalk If you scratched the sidewalk or the driveway hard rniugh you could get it to draw a bit Definitely didn't work on a chalk board
