I would definitely buy this puzzle box again!
It is made well, stumped a teen and older adult for a decent amount of time. Can be used again by the recipient to also challenge others for a gift card, money or handmade coupons for a gift later on in the year. I actually hope to see more of these with different puzzle solving skills needed. I will purchase again.

I would buy this puzzle box again!
It was fun for me to figure out the puzzle, but it was hilarious watching my grandson trying to figure it out! It is very well made and could be used as a pretty keepsake box!

A great way to "wrap" gift cards!
I purchased two of these puzzle boxes - one for my daughter and one for my granddaughter. They contained gift cards to their favorite store. I was worried the boxes might be frustrating for Christmas morning. ( the boxes do not come with instructions on solving the mystery. My daughter solved the puzzle first and had to give hints to my teenage granddaughter, who succeeded a few minutes later. Both enjoyed the boxes.

A gift with no directions
The box is OK for a child/teen which is why I bought it. It has designs on it and seems pretty strog. It seems hard to open, and I did not find any directions included in case the person cannot figure it out. I would presume the goal is to open it one way or another and so would appreciate being able to keep a copy of directions for opening just in case my grandson cannot do it. Is there a way I can obtain the directions? I would give it a higher rating an recommendation if I had the directions on how to open it.
