Care

Functional chocolate should be stored in a cool, dry, dark place, away from strong odors which can permeate the delicate chocolate flavor. Once opened, storing in a sealed container will maximize the shelf life and taste of your chocolate. Chocolate can also be placed in the refrigerator or freezer for longer term storage.
