Makes 4 bottles of hot sauce.
What you'll need from home: measuring spoons, a saucepan, a blender or food processor, a silicone spatula (optional), a mesh strainer (optional), distilled white vinegar or apple cider vinegar, and salt.
Ingredients
habanero peppers, jalapeno peppers, chipotle peppers, cayenne powder, ghost peppers, granulated onion, granulated garlic, dried carrot, chili lime powder (garlic, cumin, cayenne, sea salt, onion, coriander, citric acid, lime juice powder (tapioca maltodextrin, lime juice concentrate, and lime oil), sugar, paprika, and guajillo), freeze-dried mangoes

Best Ever
I bought this for my 12-year-old grandson for Christmas, what better than a video game who loves hot sauce so when he seen what I bought him his eyes opened wide and I knew at that point this is going to work. Good product, terrible service
I ordered this as a birthday gift. Once it finally arrived the recipient loved it, but it was over a week late as the order got lost(?) before it ever shipped. Once the order was resubmitted (and it was never clear what had happened) it still took several days to ship and arrived 10 days after the birthday had come and gone. Nobody reached out to let me know there was a problem; I had to keep monitoring the order status and initiating chats to ensure the order was moving.

A person in our group is allergic to mangoes. Is it safe to assume that the freeze-dried mangoes are separately packaged, so that if we don't open that packet then the rest of the kit is safe for them?

We've confirmed with the maker that the mangos are separately packaged. No ingredient comes in contact with others to prevent such issues.
