Nice embroidery
The sweatshirt is of good quality and the embroidered face of my pup is sweet. The sweatshirt ran larger than expected. Please note they do not recommend drying the sweatshirt.

Great product-I was worried pics I sent weren't good enough or sweatshirt color/size might be wrong; turns out everything was spectacular! My 4 recipients loved them, wore them& were thrilled w them. You should send flyers to all Doggie Daycares& specialty dogfood stores cuz dog owners would go crazy ordering your sweatshirts! Thanks for making our Christmas tremendous!

The best gift ever
The embroidered pic of my family's dog was just perfect! It looks just like him! It's a fairly large picture which was appreciated! I bought it as a gift and the recipient was very surprised and happy! The sweatshirt was a nice green color and substantial. #sweepstakes

So realistic and adorable!
Got both versions, one pet and two pets. The sweatshirts were great quality and the embroidery was spot on. It looked exactly like the pictures I sent. The receivers loved the gift and said it was the best personalized gift they ever rceived.

Did not receive
As of 12/28, I have not received this. It was ordered in 12/9. After repeated attempts at using the chatbot. As recommended, to determine the eta, I did not get any info. I sent in a customer support ticket and have not heard back. This was a Christmas present. I've asked for my money back. I feel bad if the seller created this and it was lost in shipping.

After reading reviews, there seems to be some confusion about the embroidery. Are the images embroided directly unto the shirt? Or are embroidered patches made separately and then sewn or ironed onto the shirt? There seem to have been some issues with "patches" coming off or loose from the shirt.

Hello! All embroidery is embroidered directly onto the sweatshirts as of January 2024. Before that date the artist used embroidered patches which had some negative reviews. Customer feedback was listened to and the artist and made positive improvements to only embroidery directly onto our sweatshirts now.

The chest measurement on the artist's size chart are half measurements, so a small is 20" across the chest, but 40" all the way around.

Hi there! While we strongly recommend washing these garments only with like-colored garments, the sweatshirts can be dried in a dryer.
