- Next, Michelle will walk you through the steps for creating a veggie version of the classic bulgogi filling, and she'll explain the meaning and significance of "obangsaek," the Korean philosophy of five essential colors.
- You’ll gain hands-on experience in each step of the kimbap-making process, from assembling the colorful fillings to flawlessly rolling your kimbap, then cutting those irresistible slices.
