Where do you find the code for the love box to pair with the app. I bought one for me and my friend but we are unable to find the codes.

Theres no code for this! All you have to do is tap eachothers tech (think modern credit card readers) allow for instant connections with those you love the most, any time and any place. If you are still having issues please contact us in customer service at help@uncommongoods.com

Hi! This is designed to work with an app you install on your phone. The app widget on your phone will notify you that you have a message and tapping your phone to the heart will unlock the message in the app. The ornament does not light up.

Do you need hearts on each end? Do you keep the heart and send messages to others, or is it the other way around? If you tap the heart, do you send messages to loved ones, or do they send them to you. More details on this are required! Own a LoveBox, and wondering...

Hi! Those are all great questions! You can send messages with the app even if you don't have the ornament, you can send someone the heart so that they can receive messages from you. That special person would just tap the heart to receive your message. However, you would need the ornament to receive messages back. There are also secret messages which you can also send and receive only if you both have heart ornaments.
