Fun & Sweet Learning
This was a fabulous Christmas present my husband gifted me for us to spend quality time together away from the kids. We learned so much and appreciated the quality products and presentation from Cory. I have a new found appreciation the small farmers and the maple industry overall. Highly recommend for something out of the box if you're looking for a sweet one!

This was so fun!
It was such a fun experience to learn more about maple syrup and the different ways it is graded and made. Cory was an awesome person to learn from, and the syrup was delicious. I always thought I didn't like "real" maple syrup but it turns out I just needed a lighter grade! 10/10 recommend.

Looking for experiences outside of our norm
We are not typically sweets people but love learning and trying new things. This class gave us a completely new view on maple syrup. All the complexities that make the variety of final flavors were amazing. It is just as complex as wine making. We learned we were trying the wrong syrup! My new breakfast is plain Greek yogurt with a drizzle of Maple Flower Farm's golden and delicate syrup. Cory was warm, friendly, and educational. I highly recommend this class to expand your knowledge and taste buds.

Interesting class
#sweepstakes It was interesting, but it could have been a little more informative. There have probably been enough classes so that the host could have explained the syrup making process and history without the need for student questions. The question below is "who did you purchase this for?" i was the recipient of the gift, not the purchaser.

who knew?
Tasting maple syrup in much the same way one tastes a flight of wine reveals that there are subtle and sometimes dramatic differences from one syrup to another.
