When overwhelming feelings take hold, sometimes you need to take things day by day, step by step—or stitch by stitch. After being diagnosed with generalized anxiety disorder in 2017, Emily June turned to embroidery to keep her hands busy and mind occupied, and found what she calls the therapeutic joy of stitching. Get in on that magic with her beginner-friendly, all-inclusive kit, which features an embroidery needle, thread, printed fabric, a hoop, and a detailed guide. You’ll end up with a beautiful finished project that embodies the freedom and joy that come with breathing deep and letting go. Made in Ohio.

Stressed from fast-paced, toxic work environments, Emily June picked up embroidery as a reason to step away from her computer, tap into her creativity, and do something solely for her. Little did she know that she would find true ?therapeutic joy? in the process and that it would help her cope with a diagnosis of generalized anxiety disorder. Now she is paying that joy forward, using her art background and love for embroidery to create beginner-friendly stitch kits and teach others how to find their joy.
