For Alex Quirk, art felt like a refuge of sorts, a form of expression and a way to cope through difficult times. Born and raised in Texas, she studied psychology in college, but found herself at a career crossroads—more school, or pivot to making art full-time? Starting with a few small greeting cards, Alex has evolved her business to custom pieces, leading workshops, and participating in art shows and events. “I definitely couldn’t pursue my art without support from the community,” she says.

This is a made-to-order item that ships directly from the maker. If you order today your item will ship no later than 4/4/2025.

Items that are made to order or oversized can't be sent in a Gift Box.
