Great for getting a core workout while working

Best purchase for some fun!

I try to stand half my day but wanted something a little extra for my core since the con of being in the office is its harder to carve out time to workout. This is a fun way to check the box, and especially when I get my music going... I am having the most fun at the office! I also love that you can control the difficulty! Honestly, the perfect solution.

Perfect for active people who hate sitting at a computer.

This the perfect solution for me at work. I hate sitting and standing still all day. I put in my earbuds and move to the music while working. Love it!

Great exercise

Husband has a sit/stand desk and works from home. He loves this gift. He uses it almost every day. It's a pretty good work out and builds the stability muscles and balance. It's a really great product. My children and I like to give it a try as well.

how high does it get when it is filled with air all the way? and when it is filled at a minimal level?
