  • Organic cane sugar, plums, and basil are slowly fermented on a family farm in California for the lively, complex flavor of the Balsamic Vinegar. Mix it into sauces, marinades, cocktails, and more.
  • An everyday blend designed by Gloria herself, the Elevate Spice features marjoram, rosemary, minced garlic and onion, basil, oregano, and crushed red pepper.
  • Also included is a gold Mini Whisk to whip up toppings, dips, and sauces.

With years of olive oil industry knowledge, she's made it her goal to introduce America to high-quality Spanish EVOOs produced on small family farms. "Food is very important and really present in our culture," Gloria says. "It's an experience to share with friends and family, and we plan our lives around it."
