Once upon a time in a land far, far away, innocent people met their demise at the hands of some unsavory characters. Now it’s up to you and your friends to find the evildoers in these immersive games from Yacine Merzouk and Michelle Rundbaken.

Each set includes two mysteries that are twists on classic fairy tales. The first collection of cases tasks you with investigating who stabbed Lady Treville and her daughter with a glass slipper, and in the other, you'll figure out who gave poison apples to three contestants in the Fairest of Them All competition.

You’ll have to figure out who’s framing Mr. Wolfe for the bloody disappearance of Little Red’s grandma as part of the second caper collection. Then answer the question, Did Hansel and Gretel burn down the candy shop? as you solve the arson of Fairy Land’s favorite sweets spot.

Armed with suspect cards, an evidence pack, and more, you and your fellow gumshoes will puzzle out exactly how these characters wound up unhappily ever after. And unlike other murder mystery games, you’ll also have access to expert help along the way. Through an online portal, a cast of characters powered by artificial intelligence will provide helpful hints to help you nab the killers once and for all. Each game ranges from 60 to 120 minutes. Michelle was born and raised in Kauai, Hawaii, and Yacine hails from Montreal, Quebec. The two met while working at a resort where Michelle was a dance teacher and Yacine suddenly became very interested in dance. "We started our game-design career by opening an escape room in Hawaii," the couple explain, "but we wanted to share our games with more people." Today, Yacine and Michelle continue to design immersive, artificial intelligence-powered games that can be mailed and played at home.
