Fun and informative!
Hosted by a real Vermont maple farmer, this class is fantastic. The flow is great as you talk about the process of making syrup while tasting along the way. I loved the suggestions for what one would use each syrup for. The host was engaging and I really recommend this class! I look forward to supporting small business maple farmers now, knowing that their product really is a labor of love and exceptional quality.

Sparkle Syrup is the Star of the Show!
We absolutely love this syrup! It is gorgeous to look at and watch it flow out of the bottle and across your food, but it tastes even better as it is sweet without being too sweet. It tastes like it was just tapped from the tree in Vermont. A super big hot at our Birthday Brunch!

Delicious to the Last Drop
This was a gift for a maple syrup lover who never seems to find the real stuff in restaurants, so I thought this was something practical (he could take it on the run). To top things off, each flavor was rich and wonderful, and we even explored some pairings we wouldn't have thought of on our own. Highly recommend this. Now how do I buy a gallon?!

Love tasting all the flavors!
I add hot sauce to everything and this sauce has a kiss of smoky sweetness that is so yummy. Salmon with a glaze of skied maple syrup is my new favorite.
